Customer & Operations Specialist

Location: Noosa, Queensland

Role Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Mobility Scooter Sales & Customer Support Associate. This role is integral to our small, dynamic team, providing essential support across various areas. The ideal candidate will assist in managing customer inquiries, operational tasks, and supplier relations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and understanding our mobility scooter range.
  • Process callback requests and follow-up on customer queries promptly.
  • Assist in operational duties, including inventory management and order processing.
  • Provide support and information to customers, ensuring their needs are met with the right products.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues and maintain relationships.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to various tasks within the business as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or mobility aid sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn about mobility scooters and related products.
