Teeter FreeStep LT3 Cross Trainer

My wife has arthritis & recurring hip & joint pain making it difficult & painful for her to ride a stationary bike or walk or hike much. She has found the Free Step to be very comfortable & supportive to her back & hips and low impact. It is allowing her to get a good work out in without any pain. She is feeling much better since she started regular daily work outs on the Free Step and her frequent joint and hip pain has decreased. We bought it for her but I have recently started using it too, set the tension up for me and am able to get a good work out in on it while watching the news in the am. Very good quality for the price!

I had been gaining weight over the years (age 77) and with the pandemic put on another 20 pounds I didn't need. Have back trouble and get out of breath just walking. Was only walking around 600 steps a day. I have a treadmill but could not stay on it more than a few minutes, because I couldn't stand up that long. I knew I had to get some exercise! I saw the "Teeters Free-Step" on TV and thought I could do that! I started off slow, maybe 10 minutes couple times a day. Now after almost a month I am doing over 7,000 steps. I know I can do a lot more but still taking it slow. I love the Teeters Free-Step LT3.

I have put on a bunch of weight during the "lockdown/work from home" era and walking wasn't working for me due to having arthritis in my hips. A friend of mine used a similar machine during physical therapy and loved it so much that she bought a Teeter LT1. I had an opportunity to try hers and immediately bought an LT3. In the three weeks that I have been using it regularly, I can already see the difference in my waistline and legs. I do 30 minutes every morning for a full body, no impact workout that leaves me feeling energized and in ZERO pain. I can't wait for summer...and it's been a few years since I've been able to say that!

FreeStep LT3 purchase, unpacking was more challenging than the assembly process. Arguably the assembly instruction are the best I have ever received for any product. The written part of the instructions are concise, but clear and the illustration are very helpful. The LT3 operates as advertised with no problems.

Quality built machine with flexible adjustments to go from light to serious difficulty. The how to exercise videos video are very helpful.
