Does this product go under the mattress. I am looking for something so my mum can pull herself up to reach the pillow and help raise herself up when getting in and out of bed.But it has to be free standing as it is a rental bed. What do you suggest. Would this product work. I need to verify this before I purchase. Thankyou Julie
