Prevents slips and falls

My bath have very high sides. This is a problem for. On more than one occasion, while stepping over the rim of a tub I nearly had an unfortunate and potentially injury-causing accident. Even with grip tape on the floor of the tub there is still no good place to put your hands. The walls around tub are tile and often wet so slippery. So, as I did not want to make bath time a balancing act, I sought out an alternative to help prevent slips and falls.

No more crawling up off the toilet using a nearby vanity!

I live in a very old house and nothing is square or all that convenient. The bathroom is small and configured so that if you are tall your knees hit the window sill. Getting up off the toilet is a gymnastic challenge if you are able bodied. It’s a near impossibility if you are mobility impaired.
